Chinese Medicine
Traditional Chinese Medicine is a holistic healing system that restores the balance of body and mind through acupuncture, herbal remedies, and other natural methods.

Traditional Chinese Medicine
Traditional Chinese Medicine was the starting point for my alternative perspective on the human body. Even during my studies and the early years of my medical practice, I repeatedly achieved remarkable health improvements with acupuncture and herbal therapies—even in my own experience. However, through the consistent adjustment of my dietary habits and the targeted supplementation of essential micronutrients, I personally required fewer and fewer interventions in the form of acupuncture or Chinese herbs over time.
Acupuncture – for Pain and Tension
In the Western world, acupuncture is arguably the best-known method of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I primarily use it to treat musculoskeletal complaints, such as back or joint pain. Treatments following Dr. Richard Tan’s Balance Method (SiYuan) or Master Tung’s techniques are particularly recommended, as both offer highly effective approaches. Since many of my patients are spread across Germany, I now offer acupuncture in my Hamburg practice only on a case-by-case basis.
Gua Sha – Traditional Massage Technique
Alongside Gua Sha massage, chronic tension can often be effectively relieved. Especially in the shoulder and neck area or with tension headaches and migraines, Gua Sha can lead to significant improvement. The application is relatively simple: with some guidance—available via video consultation—a family member can learn and perform this massage technique.
Hunyuan Medicine and Herbal Therapy
Hunyuan Medicine, developed by Dr. Yaron Seidman, is a modern form of Traditional Chinese Medicine based on classical texts and characterized by surprisingly simple yet highly effective methods. It uses a manageable selection of healing herbs that are flexibly adjusted to your current health condition. After a thorough case history, I create an individualized herbal formula that can be easily modified as symptoms change.
Hunyuan Qigong – Stress Reduction Made Easy
Another important component of Hunyuan Medicine is Qigong. I will teach you an easy-to-learn exercise that you can seamlessly integrate into your daily routine. Just 15 minutes of instruction is enough for you to perform it independently. With a daily commitment of only five to ten minutes, you will strengthen your physical and mental balance.
Desire to Have Children & Hunyuan Medicine
Especially in cases of unfulfilled desire to have children, Hunyuan herbal therapy can be very helpful. The founder of Hunyuan Medicine, Dr. Yaron Seidman, has also specialized in infertility. From this perspective, lack of fertility is often a consequence of deep exhaustion. When this is specifically treated with healing herbs, the body’s regenerative power can increase, and fertility often improves on its own. I also combine the Hunyuan method with functional medicine to optimally adjust nutrition and micronutrients, supporting your body in the best possible way.
