To maintain this quality, I’ve revised my services in both content and structure. Below you’ll find the current information on offerings, processes, and fees.

I work primarily with individuals who take active responsibility for their health.

I’ve consciously given up my statutory health insurance license to provide you with more time, depth, and individualized care—without time constraints or budget limits.

You’ll receive an invoice in accordance with the GOÄ (German Medical Fee Schedule) using an elevated multiplier. In many cases, these costs are tax-deductible, and many private insurers reimburse part of the services—especially laboratory tests.

Please note: full reimbursement by private health insurers cannot be guaranteed. I’m happy to assist with complex insurer inquiries; additional time may be billed separately.

Premium Preventive Check-up
Ideal for those working preventively who want a comprehensive health analysis and improvement plan:

• Initial Consultation: 45 minutes: €400

• Laboratory Tests (blood): approx. €500

• Stool Analysis (microbiome, digestion, etc.): approx. €250

• HRV Measurement (heart rate variability): €100

• Results Discussion & Individual Health Plan – 45 minutes: €400

Total investment: approx. €1,650

This check-up suits individuals without acute complaints who want to elevate their health with professional analysis and a concrete action plan.

If you’re unsure whether a complex initial consultation (90 min) or a compact check-up (45 min) is right for you, book a 15-minute phone appointment (€50) and we’ll find the best starting point together.

Most appointments occur online via video. If you prefer an in-person visit to my Hamburg practice, that’s possible by arrangement—please email me in advance.

Appointment Cancellations

If you must cancel, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance via email or the booking system. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur the full fee.

I take ample time for you. Together, we explore your current health status, analyze lifestyle, nutrition, stress levels, and other factors. From this, we develop an individualized, evidence-based health plan.

In complex cases, multiple follow-up sessions are often recommended. Additional costs may include:

• Laboratory diagnostics & technical tests:
approx. €750–€1,500 (depending on needs)

• Supplements/medications:
approx. €250–€500/month

A cancer diagnosis changes everything. Many patients seek additional support during this phase—I’m here to offer that.

• Integrative oncological support is a practice focus.

• After the initial consultation (90 min), I typically recommend a 45 min session weekly for the first six weeks.

• In the following six weeks, 45 min sessions about every two weeks are advised, depending on progress.

• Please note: diagnostics, therapeutic recommendations, and adjunctive substances may incur higher costs compared to other conditions.

1) Insurer Queries & Reimbursements: Private insurers increasingly request detailed documentation. I’m happy to help—simple adjustments can be handled by phone; additional time may be billed separately. Please book a 15 min phone appointment.

2) About the Initial Consultation: You can choose between:

• 90 min Health Strategy Session – for complex cases, chronic conditions, long-standing complaints

• 45 min Compact Health Check-up – for preventive patients without acute issues

3) Infusions: €75 flat fee – inclusive of administration, solution, and materials; active ingredients (e.g. iron) billed separately.

4) Phone Calls: Calls (e.g. lab prep) billed at €50. Longer calls are adjusted accordingly. Technical calls (billing or scheduling) are not charged.
